According to the market demand, our company designed and developed a new generation of ZJQ /NSQ series submersible slurry pump, optimized and innovated the hydraulic model, sealing technology, mechanical structure, protection control and other aspects. The product has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, safety and reliability, long anti abrasion life, wide application range, no need to build complex ground pump house and fixed device, no noise and vibration, and the site is more clean and environmental protection.
Application and Feature
ZJQ series products are suitable for conveying slurry containing abrasive particles such as sand, coal slag, tailings, river sand, sludge, slag, etc. they are mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, coal, environmental protection, river dredging, river dredging, sand suction, municipal engineering and other industries.
NSQ series products have the characteristics of wide flow channel and strong suction capacity, especially suitable for conveying coarse granular media and strong abrasive medium. They are mainly used in sand suction, river dredging, river dredging and other industries
The product is easy to install and move, with high slag extraction efficiency and high concentration. It can operate safely for a long time under harsh conditions. It is an ideal product to replace the traditional vertical submerged pump and submersible sewage pump.
According to the need, it can be equipped with agitator or or high-pressure water to strengthen the mixing function and improve the sand absorption effect.

Applications
Type SP and SPR pump are vertical, centrifugal slurry pump submerged in sump to work. They are designed for delivering abrasive, large partical and high density slurries. This pump have no need of any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.

Application
HS heavy duty slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal ,centrifugal pump. They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in mining, metallurgical, coal, power plant, chemical industry, building material and other industrial departments, etc.
The pumps of this type also may be installed in multistage series. In order to meet different vertical height, long delivery distance, with the max pressure that outer pump casing can bear, this kind of pump can be linked in series to add head.

Construction and Feature
HS heavy duty slurry pump adopts double shell structure, Double-pump casing-structure is safe and low cost. This kind of pump, its outside pumpcasing bears pressure, the inside pumpcasing bears wear and abrasion. Meanwhile, double-pump casing structure can save cost and make easy maintain by just changing the worn internal parts.
The wet parts can be high-abrasion and wear chrome iron or rubber which can make service life longer and more stable. Customer can select material according to media and pipe layout.
The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45°degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
The shaft seal adopt many kinds of sealing systems: packing seal, expeller dynamic seal, mechanical seal.
